John Haley has been involved with theatre in the Chicago area for over 10 years when he was bitten by the acting bug in a performance of Romeo and Juliet. Since then he has appeared in over 30 different stage plays. John has also appeared in over 10 feature films being a background extra behind stars like Nicholas Cage, John C. Reilly and Keanu Reeves. John has also performed in independent film and commercial work. John started performing with Slixer in 2007 both as a host and as an actor. The challenge of improv has always added to the fun while performing live theater. John is currently retired from his day job as a college administrator and looks forward to expanding his theatrical and film experiences. - Amanda Eaton

Amanda hails from the beautiful state of Maine where she received her B.A in Theatre and minor in Dance. She is a graduate of The Second City Conservatory and Music Improv Conservatory. Currently Amanda is an ensemble member of Imagination Theatre, Chicago Danztheatre and an artistic associate of Erasing the Distance. Amanda has worked with Strawdog Theatre where she was part of the Jeff Winning cast for Best Ensemble for Marathon 33'. She has also worked with Chicago Fusion, BoHo, Grey Zelda, Quest and several other companies in this wonderful city. Amanda currently is working on a website for her sketch comedy and cooking series called Cooking Show Comedy. You can find the sketches on Youtube now!
