Edmonton Talent
- John Younie
-
John has been acting for 10 years. Playing Bentley, the British butler, in the Citadel / MTC co-production of The Constant Wife was particularly enjoyable. John was in six plays at Walterdale Theatre, including the lead, an eccentric father in Some Assembly Required , a Dark Christmas Comedy. During his four years hosting the Slixer cast in Edmonton, our Murder Mysteries have increased about threefold. Screen credits include background roles in several movies, a reporter in Cat's Cradle, and the role of Pic the gangster in an episode of OLN's Creepy Canada. John's latest gig is a 25 day stint with the military in Wainright, performing in the "Afghan Village" where soldiers train before shipping off to the real Afghanistan. For John, "Variety truly is the spice of life".
