Nicole English trained at the Birmingham School of Speech and Drama and graduated in 2003 with a BA Honours Degree in Acting (Musical Theatre). She is also the recipient of the Spotlight Casting Directory’s award for the UK’s Most Promising New Actress (2003). Performance credits include Gertrude Lawrence in Noel and Gertie for Image Theatre, Poopay Dayseer in Communicating Doors and Luisa in The Fantasticks for Walterdale Playhouse, Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady for Festival Players, as well as numerous shows with Slixer Entertainment. Credits for the Edmonton Fringe Festival include performing as Fosca in Stephen Sondheim’s musical Passion which she also co produced for Two One Way Tickets to Broadway Productions. Just back from living in London, Nicole will next be seen as Mrs. Lovett in Sweeney Todd: the Demon Barber of Fleet Street for Two One Way Tickets to Broadway Productions!
