Born in Victoria in 1981, Geoffrey Conder began acting on local stages in his late teens and early 20s, with involvement in several community theatre groups.  On stage, Geoffrey performed in over two dozen separate productions, with such career highlights as Oberon in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’, and Ichabod Crane in a musical version of ‘The Legend of Sleepy Hollow’.  After his years on stage, Geoffrey switched the focus of his career to movies and television, appearing in multiple productions in a minor capacity, and many low-budget local films.  Several years later, he was offered a role worthy of a union apprenticeship in the All-Canadian Feature Film ‘Beyond the Black Rainbow’, which is due for release in 2011.  Although Geoffrey is no longer actively seeking major theatre roles, he is always happy for the opportunity to do improvisational theatre with Indigo Productions for another chance to delight audiences in person.
