I started acting eight years ago when I agreed to be in a play for a local fundraiser. We all had fun making fools of ourselves while making a pile of money for children’s programs.  Fun as it was,  I discovered something in me that needed to pursue the craft.  For the past two years I have studied acting with various teachers, some including Jeff Skinner of Winnipeg, Mathew Harrison, Marc Baur, Deb Munroe of Vancouver, Ben Davis of Los Angeles, and Peter Skagen of Calgary. Perhaps my biggest compliment from those I have worked with is also the most obvious.  That is I “take direction well”.   Obvious because I have ten aunts, four sisters, a mother, a wife, and two daughters…. Of course I take direction well, I have been doing it all my life.
